Fort Knox Self Storage Scoresby is a purpose built storage facility, located near Eastlink.

Picking up and dropping items off here is fast and easy, because this site has drive up access to storage units on both levels. We have standard storage units, large car or boat storage units, and commercial storage options, as well as temperature controlled wine storage. In addition, customers have access to a boardroom and waiting room. There are also trolleys, a walkie stacker and a pallet jack to move goods.

I started my tenancy prior to the price increase, but was offered an incredible deal for moving in. My storage unit was massive, and I had access to it up until 9pm.If there were any issues relating to accessing the sites, fort knox worked to resolve the issue extremely quickly.The staff were always friendly and fair, and my overall experience was great. I recently moved out due to moving to a larger house, but had it not been for that my tenancy would have been much longer.I genuinely have nothing bad to say, I'll be back if I ever need the storage.Thanks gal's at the Scoresby admin!

Excellent to deal with. Fast and easy set up of unit. Had no need to deal with anyone during the time I stored here (18 months), until I was ready to move out. Simple process to move out as well. Where my items were stored was fantastic. Very little dust or dirt on my items. Thank you.

Great staff when we first moved our gear into storage and great staff when we left. I think at least two of the staff at the end were probably in primary school when we frst stored our stuff! We left it in ther way too long but absolutely no issues the whole time. Thanks!!

Fort Knox provided us with a professional service with absolutely no hassles. Security is excellent, staff are friendly and understanding. The storage facilities were clean and well secured with trolleys provided. The free moving van service was unexpected but very useful for the cost of fuel only. My wife and I will recommend Fort Knox to anyone needing a self storage service.

Spent 14 months of storage with Fort Knox while undertaking knockdown and rebuild of family home. Started with a 40m2 storage then realised I needed more space 2 months in. Staff were more than happy to find me a larger 65m2 store room and nothing was ever too hard for them. Yes the rental cost are bit higher than competition but the quality of service, ease of use, fixed payment plan and excellent site security was all worth it if you value your household goods. Highly recommended.

I have been a customer of Fort Knox Self Storage at Scoresby since it commenced operations. Having moved house three times in subsequent years, and also during some bush-fire seasons, I have stored various household goods and a classic car on numerous occasions at FKSS Scoresby and have also utilised their facilities to store business-related items when necessary.The design, layout, equipment and security features of the facility have always provided ease of access, efficient handling of goods and have ensured my complete satisfaction with the services provided and the peace of mind knowing that whatever I have stored there has been totally safe and secure for the various periods of time on-site.Over the years, I have utilised many of the vast array of services offered by the facility and I have come to expect a very high level of customer service from the various staffing teams that have served their customers very well over the years of my association.In most recent years, I have been in touch with the current team (Ingrid, Alex and Laura) on a reasonably frequent basis and in my opinion, I have received the most pleasant, flexible and efficient customer service from these staff members that I have ever received since becoming a customer.Due to a sudden change in family circumstances, I recently contacted Ingrid to see whether there were any storage units available in the vicinity of another unit that I currently rent. Almost immediately, Ingrid was able to advise me of the size and unit numbers that were available in closest proximity and she happily offered to reserve the unit of my choice until I could visit the facility in the following days. This is just one example of the extent of knowledge, flexibility, advice and high level of customer service provided by the FKSS Scoresby team, which never fails to amaze me.Despite having so many customers, I am always surprised that Ingrid, Alex and Laura always seem to remember me and my unit numbers whenever I am in contact with them. I think that this illustrates that all staff have a genuine interest in their customers and that they obviously take pride in their roles, the importance of “teamwork” and the provision of exceptional customer service. This is something that seems to be very lacking in many business these days; the ability to make the customer feel important and that they have received personalised service as if it was specifically catered to their individual needs. Well, that is what you can expect from FKSS Scoresby. Good old-fashioned and personalised service blended with the most modern systems, vast array of services and state-of-the-art technology, all designed to assist the customer by providing them with the optimum solutions, ease of access and to ensure the ultimate protection of their property at all times. With many thanks to Alex and Ingrid for so much help and understanding on such a long, cold and hard day. I have never used any storage facilities before, so your understanding of my silly questions and calm manner was much appreciated.As was your expert advice on packing, I had only 2 small boxes I did not use. It was great to have all the equipment in front of me to tell you what we were packing and not have to run around scrounging boxes from everywhere. The only advice from friends I had when starting this process was to watch out they don't make you get a unit that really is bigger than you need. And although I may have asked once or twice!!! "Do you think it will all fit in the unit" you were spot on in the size you advised me. Thanks again Alex and Ingrid your professional manner really helped, who would have thought that "stuff" we have in our homes could be so emotional. So thank you for all your help, coffee and care on a long day....now if you could just come and pack the rest of the house that's not going into storage!
