Jess helped us set up our storage unit and she was extremely patient, helpful and informative throughout the whole setup process. We dealt with Jessica at Fort Knox at Ringwood. When we initially went in to discuss our needs Jessica was so helpful. She went through the various storage sizes and asked us the types of goods we were intending to store.Once we had established the size, Jessica reserved a unit for us, even though we did not know exactly what date we would need to start using the unit, as our renovation was waiting on builder feedback.Fort Knox Ringwood rang us at the end of the month to confirm w still wanted to reserve the unit, (we were not asked for any deposit) for this reservation.The day before moving our goods, we went and paid our fee, and Jessica went through all procedures, walked us down again to our unit, and went through all access instructions, and made us feel very comfortable with our choice.On the day, we had access to trolleys for our use, and everything went smoothly.We could not have asked for more assistance, and feel comfortable with our belongings at Fort Knox.
